Quipux 2024: Innovation, Expansion, and Achievements that Transform Mobility and Governments
As the year comes to an end, we take a look back at the insights and achievements that marked 2024. This was defined by our ability to innovate and offer effective solutions, reflecting the constant and significant growth that our company continues to experience.
A year defined by innovation in pedagogical strategies to strengthen urban mobility through awareness and education.
Throughout the year, government entities focused their efforts on promoting education on mobility initiatives and innovations implemented in their respective territories.
The creation of pedagogical landing pages was fundamental to support the launch of these initiatives. This channel makes it possible to provide citizens with detailed information on the actions that the administrations are implementing, with the aim of highlighting the benefits that these measures bring to the collective welfare and offering clear and specific information on what is being done, when and why.
As a key example, we have the Instituto de Tránsito del Atlántico, an operation with which we designed and executed a comprehensive communications plan to accompany the implementation of new technology in photodetection cameras. This project included a pedagogical landing page (see more here) that has received more than 95,000 visits and allowed us to educate citizens about its operation and benefits, promoting a more responsible road culture. Likewise, and in support of the Secretaría de Movilidad de Cali, we created an educational landing page (see more here) to raise awareness about the MIO exclusive lane pilot (bus only), which has been visited by more than 35,000 users.
These initiatives were complemented by the delivery of text messages, e-mails and prerecorded calls, designed to reinforce the pedagogy associated with each strategy. The objective was to keep citizens informed and facilitate their active participation in the development and evolution of their cities and departments.
The importance of these educational messages was extended to Medellín and the Metropolitan Area, where we focused on creating educational messages to promote compliance with the SOAT and the technical-mechanical inspection. This initiative seeks to contribute to road safety and to guarantee the maintenance of vehicles registered with the local mobility secretariats.
Another of our most important milestones was to consolidate the Qonnection service in eight operations, highlighting the integral management of income from clients such as the municipality of Envigado and transforming the lives of more than 700 thousand people, by offering personalized and efficient attention. With more than 80 thousand satisfaction surveys and an average of 4.5 on a scale of 5, we reaffirmed our commitment to excellence.
In addition to these educational messages, we targeted our digital marketing campaigns towards promoting the adoption of the digital services platform, achieving more than 36 million citizens accessing these services and navigating more than 390 million internal pages of these services. This allows us to advance in our goal of dematerializing procedures and digitizing government services to make life easier for millions of citizens in Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil and Ivory Coast.
International Expansion
At Quipux Brazil, growth has been the result of the multiple opportunities that have arisen in recent years to implement our platforms in various regions of the country. This constant development has been accompanied by a strategic focus on training new talent and strengthening leadership within our team.
We are exploring new projects in several states and executing key activities to optimize technological processes. Among our initiatives, we highlight the closing of a contract with São Paulo and the execution of Proofs of Concept (POC) for Prefeituras such as Rio de Janeiro and Prodesp, as well as for SERPRO, strengthening the technological and functional infrastructure of our services.
In São Paulo, we successfully deployed our Service Management and Digital Services solutions (front and back), enabling a more efficient experience for our clients. In addition, the technical visits made by our leaders in this region have been key to identifying new strategic allies, which will allow us to continue evolving and implementing innovative products.
This is how Quipux in Brazil reinforces its mission to be a strategic partner in technological solutions for government entities, consolidating its position as a market leader and creating a positive impact in each state where it operates.
Meanwhile, in different municipalities in Ecuador, the photodetection cameras went into operation. In the city of Milagro, technology was implemented to support compliance with traffic regulations, thus contributing to greater road safety.
A major component of this system was the delivery of notifications as part of the Collection Management Strategy, with the objective of informing citizens about their traffic obligations. In addition, the digital services portal was launched, which allows people to make inquiries and generate settlements, in order to make their payments in the banks authorized by the entity.
To complement our international efforts to build high-performance teams all over the world, we are proud to announce that Quipux Afrique has launched and consolidated the Competency Center. This platform allows talents to access continuous training on our solutions and services. This project continues to evolve, expand its scope and consolidate its relevance.
Consolidation as global mobility leaders
Our participation in global events such as the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and technical meetings in Shanghai with Hikvision, allowed us to acquire cutting-edge knowledge to apply in the solutions and services that highlight our operations and projects.
Internal innovation and recognitions
For Quipux Prime, EpiQlab and Activamente, we implemented Talent Management strategies that foster general wellbeing and creativity. We also highlight the creation of GloballQ, an initiative that reflects our global vision and commitment to the continuous training of our employees.
In addition to these efforts to ensure that our talents have a better work and personal life, our inclusion and labor equity initiative “Diverse Culture” led us to obtain second place in the INcluye 2024 Awards, an acknowledgment in which 65 companies from Mexico, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia participated.
